Exploring Sugar: Ideas

I tried to design a few characters in different styles based on an apple. The first page were simple apple characters, the first and the third were inspired on sponge bob.
Then I tried "super heroes" style, the 6th one was inspired from the powerpuff girls.
And the last page were more 'humanised' apple characters.
I've put an arrow on the ones that I found interesting and I thought of trying to get the opinion of my little brother or do a research on what kind of cartoons kids of the age 7 like most before finalizing it. And their will be a character for every fruit sugar recipes in the kit.

I tried to write down my ideas with some sketches, It's really brief, messy and all around the place but let me try to explain it.
So what I think I will need in this kit is a a cheesecloth to seperate the fruits pieces and the liquid after grinding, a mortar & pestle to grind the dehydrated fruit into a powder and to make it more fun for children a little container for them to store their sugars after making them and I thought of also making some stickers for the kids to glue on it saying something like "apple sugar made by ______".
I thought of making 8 recipes of different fruits for them to try out, apple, grapes, prunes, watermelon, mango, banana and honey because honey also can make a great sugar. The recipe is basically the same for every fruits but some has some alternations as they are harder so they need to be cooked before grinding.
I've also listed the things that I'll have to design which is the recipe cards, the packaging, an "info card" I called it because I don't know what's the real word for it haha, well it's just the card that says this kit comes with (all the stuffs that's in the kit) and stuff, and lastly the sticker to glue on the small sugar containers.
The "info card" gonna be really simple, nothing much to it as it's not the main thing.

This is a better sketch of the recipe card which will be the main focus in the kit. On the front there will be the fruit characters on the top saying something fun and then below it there will be the instructions with some illustrations in the circles. And on the bottom something like "there you have it" and the fruit character on top of it with a happy smile.
At the back of every recipe card there will be a conversation with fruit of the card and sugar talking about their nutritional values to educate the children in a fun way. The sugar will always be as bad from card 1 to 7 but in the last card there will be a last conversation where it will say something like "but you know, sugar isn't all bad as long as you only eat 5 to 10 tablespoon a day you're doing great".

For the stickers it's going to be a little bit like what I've sketched in the messy page, but I'm not sure if I'm going to stick to this idea or change it a little bit later on.
As for the packaging I still don't have much ideas but I'm sure I am going to put all the fruit characters and the sugar on it and also I'm thinking to put a window maybe so that people can see inside the kit a little bit.
Lastly for the colors of the whole project I want it to be very colorful as most kid's toys and kits are. And I think of using the a mixture of the colors of the fruits that's going to be in the project. For the lettering I will probably use something like for the stickers.
