We went to the chocolate museum and it was pretty nice. We learnt about how chocolate was processed a little bit and it was pretty different from what I expected. We got to see, touch and smell fermented cocoa beans which is just down below.

The seed has a coat that smell really bad and is used to add flavour in the chocolate. After cracking the coat you get another smaller seed inside and this is what is processed to form chocolate. Also to make chocolate, vegetable fats, sugar and other stuffs are added to it as well.

Here's a picture of a cocoa tree

We also got to see a lot of chocolate sculptures (which you can't eat :( ) which was nice and might be inspiring someday maybe hahaha...

But well that was the boring part... Now for the fun part we got to play with chocolate.

This was very well organized and got you all hyped us to start playing as you can see. And we also got some fancy cheap plastic apron and head cover.

And this is what you get after some fun playing time with Dhanesha. And we got to bring all that back home which is pretty cool. We also got a pretty cool flat pack box that I decided to keep to use as a reference for a packaging design later on if needed.
