Starting on the External Brief and Trials for Visual Direction of Independent Brief

External Project

I had a lot of reflection to do for the external brief.

I managed to create a brand archetype for the brand from what was explained In the presentation. I also liked the name of AQUAlity because they wanted to focus on the quality of their fish.

After that I looked for some references of both international companies and local ones. I also found Aquagrow and Oktopurs as their main competitors.

Then I sketched a few ideas did some studies of the fishes they focused on the vitamins that their fishes have, tried to play with their silhouettes, build up the story with the icons, think of some typo that would help them stand out tried different styles.

Then I went on illustrator to further develop the ideas.

Independent Project

For the Independent project I am still analyzing the survey data and planning the content.

for now I have planned on having

• some writing on the overall issue

• stories that I have collected

• analysis from the survey

Besides this I did some experimenting on the visuals that I am going to use for the project.
