So we learned about Swiss design and it was a really interesting topic to learn. Swiss design makes simplicity beautiful by using certain patterns with grid or colors or shapes in a very creative way. Swiss design is made to be understandable, readable, rational, straightforward, no nonsense, clear, clean, functional, sensible, timeless, and beautiful.
One example that I saw that was very much influenced by the Swiss design movement is packagings, mostly mobile phone, earphones or watch packagings.
They don't have much colors and the way the products are arranged so that they are aligned somehow and they look very spacious even if the products are taking more than half the space.
I could use these principles and apply it to my everything connects project as I already have to design a packaging for my kit. I could use these principles to make it look more organized, spacious and new.
Swiss design can be connected to globalization as it has taken over the world of design and impacted it a lot as many companies, organization, ect has adapted it to make their image more modern because Swiss design became the new trend.
