Above are some of the primary ideas for the poster which was to share the idea that visual communication is very impactful and can help highlight certain social issues and incite social change. Inspiration was taken from designer Stefan Sagmeister and artist Anton Semenov.

Trials
The first trial did not go well and was not as expected. It was not well framed and there were either unnecessary details or awkward blank spaces.
The message of the poster was not very clear as well. Therefore it was rejected completely.
The second trials were more concrete and closer to the message it has to portray. I tried a few different styles but they looked like unnecessary elements to the poster and only made it look mediocre.
Therefore a more simplistic style was preferred where the background will remain dark to allow the main visual which is the main character to stand out.
Following this new direction, the other poster was made and below is the before and after.
