Design Tinker Bootcamp was a project that made us use design thinking strategies and get to know our client and understand their problems and come up with solution.

We were to chose from 3 different categories, crowd management, remote working and quality of life for the elderly.

Our group composed of 5 people this time, me, Adeeb and Dhanesha again and 2 Interior Design students Tahsin and Matilda and we choose remote working.

So first we were to interview people who worked remotely and it was easy because of the pandemic. With the help of Facebook groups, I was a able to interview someone who started working online before the pandemic and was able to highlight some problems that she faced.

We listed down all the things we found

And then we used Jamboard to organize the data and put the common ones next to each other and titled them.

Based on this we brainstormed some ideas and came up with a solution of making a furniture to help the people to have a proper working space that can be folded so that it will not take much space in their homes and the workspace will also be portable for people who feel cabin fever, they will be able to bring their workspace in their balcony or backyard to work.

And these are our first sketches of our ideas.

Our Presentation

And the final outcome.
