So this is a little exercise that we got in our first class of design principles where we learnt a way to organize information using LATCH. I basically looked for things around me in my daily life.
It is a really nice way to organize my work and it also helped me a lot to focus on certain things that I choose to and be able to find more objects when I was lost and didn't knew what to look for. However it is a very slow process that demands a lot of thinking, observation and time to sketch the objects and this might cause problem when sketching on the spot in a really busy place for example a street market or something, and it will also prevent me from doing further observations for example seeing the interactions between people in the environment.
But it's still very helpful and can be used most of the time when I'm having difficulties finding information in an area.
